a logotype thing or whatever :) its for a qw leuage page that ive played in for several years :),
dunno if they want it but going to ask, its for the top of the page, its the first webthing i do,, do u think it can fit for a homepage design? anything bothers you?
its alot smaller on the page, but im submitting a larger resolution

about the tutorial, it seemed like you wanted to see it, i havent actually made one, tutorial was the wrong word maybe :) i just saved the picture in a couple of steps, but i guess i can make a tutorial of how i usually build up pictures, i dont think its anything really new thou :) i try to learn myself too from the best,
i recommend gnomonworkshop.com and buy some dvds there :)
but i will make a little tutorial and write down everything i have learned by now from other people and pictures ive seen etc etc :)

the power behind your images is asthonishing. and I think one could very well make a header out of this. I often search a while for images I use as headers in my designs, I think this one could be well used
the right part is very interesting, you captured the motion very well :)

You keep improving on and on, and you get sucessfull everytime you show us a piece of your own.
Since your skills are already advanced on this painting type of work, I really think you should try to apply those painting skills to new things like this one.
Im sure that this image will fit very well on the top of a webpage. :)

I would be honored to have that as a banner on my QW League if I had one. You have captured Quake in a way noone else may ever do I think. Awesome job.

is very cool i tell ya :) but u can toss it in a webpage like this...the color palette and style imply to me a total redesign of the webpage where u want to put cos is too particular.
immediate use can be the use of the pic for title of a tournament(i mean, use the pic with the title before for eg explanation of rules)

I think this is great! It's one of the best banners I have seen! I see no problems with it!

Pure awesomeness. The colors go together so well. I love the feeling of the guy standing there, like he's been in so many battles that he can't stop fighting. Great job!

Very nice collage for a webpage:) The mixed together elements are excellent, the small red section in the background is probably the only detatchd piece, sort of, but I think all in all it does looks great, man! I'd definitely use!

this is a really provocative, cold and dramative image you've depicted - i think it would really complement that web page! :+fav:

it doesn't seem that "quakelike" but it's still pretty good. it looks sort of neo-try or something. isn't it too wide for a banner? i think most banners aren't that wide, but i'm not sure how to fix that without cutting up the guy.

hey.

it could be ok and fit nicely into the page if it is done properly, but it doesn\'t really scream quake. quake has always been about rust, not blue and green stuff. your imake looks like it would fit more into some magically-industrial concept.... not so much into quake.

it\'s realy cool what u used in this webthingie, but the compositions bothers me a little. That building part in the middle looks like it just jumped on the webthingie just to make sure it\'s seen. Though it\'s colors make the gun pop out. It seems to me that the guy is kina blending with the background but the te tip of the gun realy pops out as if it was real because of the purple and the green of the other parts, so that is realy good.
So it\'s a good webthingie i guess ;)

Looks great to me; the green & blue scenes mix together perfectly as far as i can see, perhaps the only thing i ponder is the red part cuts off just a little soon & seems to feel abstracted from the piece that way; it would be good if you could fit this in because it looks like it is a nice addition to the banner really. Just a thought. ;)
